White Kimchi (백김치) does not contain any chilli, so it is not spicy and great for the first kimchi try. White Kimchi is made with napa cabbage and following our authentic recipe entirely without MSG, preservatives or artificial flavourings. This Kimchi is unpasteurised to deliver alive food full of probiotics. 

Please note that white kimchi is pre-matured due to long fermentation required before consumption. 

 

백김치는 고추가 전혀 들어가지 않아 맵지 않아서 매운 것을 잘 못 드시는 분이나 김치를 처음 시도해보시는 분들께 좋습니다. 백김치는 배추를 주재료로 사용하고 있으며, MSG나 방부제, 혹은 인공감미료가 전혀 사용되지 않고, 한국에서 먹던 백김치 그대로의 맛을 재현하고자 노력했습니다. 

백김치는 다른 김치 제품과는 달리 숙성기간이 길어 미리 숙성하여 보내드립니다. :)
