Spring Onion Kimchi or Pa-kimchi (파김치) is pickled with fish sauce rather than sea salt. It is seasoned with a variety ingredients including red chillies, pears, salted shrimps and is entirely without MSG, Preservatives or artificial Flavourings. Great paired with Chapagetti (짜파게티) Korean black bean ramen. 

At early stages of life Pa-kimchi is crisp, spicy and salty. During continued fermentation, saltiness will reduce and sweet umami flavours become enhanced! 

 

Ingredients:

Spring onions (72%), FISH sauce (anchovy [FISH], salt, sugar), pears, red chilli powder, water, onions, salted shrimps (CRUSTACEANS), garlic, rice syrup, ginger, red chillies, glutinous rice powder, goji berries, shiitake mushroom, kombu seaweed.
